Sustainable Management for Fresh Food E-Commerce Logistics Services

چکیده

This article determines the quality factors which improve satisfaction of logistics services, and specific evaluation items that customers value. Moreover, this study verifies moderating effect consumers on perceived importance last-mile its impact service satisfaction. Through a literature review, conceptual model is determined, measurement scales are developed. Furthermore, we collect data through online surveys employ structural equation modeling, hierarchical regression analysis, importance–performance analysis methods in order to analyze collected data, test research hypotheses. The findings as follows. First, qualities personal contact, timeliness, empathy fresh food e-commerce system have significant positive consumer satisfaction, but delivery information not significant. Second, consumers’ services has services. variable, limitations: it only affects relationship between quality, timeliness Finally, three dimensions need be further improved identified. enriches supplements empirical field logistics, provides academic with reference value for enterprises.
